The GR 1455 Kelvin-Varley Voltage Dividers provide accurately known voltage ratios from 0.00001 to 1.00000 for use in many common measurements:
- 1. Voltage gain or attenuation
- 2. Linearity of potentiometers and other controls
- 3. Frequency response of audio and rf networks
- 4. Transformer turns ratio
- 5. Voltmeter calibration
A resistive divider of the Kelvin-Varley type, the 1455 has precision resistors throughout (rather than in selected positions only) for over-all high accuracy. Linearity is as low as 0.02 ppm of input.
