System Composition
a) Automatic Loading Mechanism: Batteries are loaded onto the box, and a speed-controlled motor delivers them in a rolling motion.
b) Material Conveyor: Materials are conveyed by a speed-controlled motor and a stepper motor.
c) Sleeve Assembly: Comprised of a servo motor and a cutting system, each component performs its specific function in its own location.
d) Punching and Pad Placement: Automatically punches and inserts insulating sheets.
e) Heat Shrink Tubing: Automatically shrinks the tubing at a set temperature.
f) Electrical Control: Primarily composed of an air switch, DC power supply, PLC, sensors, relays, etc.
g) Mechanical Structure: Comprised of aluminum profiles, sheet metal cabinets, brackets, etc.
h) Automatic Tray Loading: After heat shrinking, the cells are buffered in a buffering line and pushed onto a plastic tray. Once a tray is full, it automatically rises, and a manual process removes the tray and replaces an empty one.
