ACEY-CCD01 CCD tester is designed for cylindrical battery cells and uses a camera to collect positive and negative electrode data. It compares the number and position information of the positive and negative electrodes with the sample, quickly analyzes the result (NG or OK), and marks the position of NG to confirm the positive and negative electrodes of the battery pack before spot welding, in order to prevent defects caused by incorrect positive and negative electrode positions.
