Heating tube description: There are 3 special heating chambers inside the furnace, independently supplied by 3 fans. The heating tubes are not in direct contact with the furnace wall. Even if the heating tube burns out or other problems occur, it will not affect the overall temperature uniformity inside the furnace. The special heating chamber design also makes the heating tubes easier to disassemble.
Air transportation system description: The heating box has excellent sealing performance. The installation of the stainless steel heating chamber enhances the sealing between the high-temperature silica gel and the box body, ensuring no communication with the atmosphere. The air transport pipes are evenly drag-welded. When the air duct is blocked, hot air leaks to the atmosphere to ensure heating safety. During normal use, nitrogen is filled during heating so that the baked materials can quickly reach the set process temperature.

Equipment features configuration instructions:
Fully automatic type. Vacuum pumping, nitrogen filling, and deflation are automatically controlled by PLC and solenoid valves. The time can be freely set (vacuuming, pressure holding, nitrogen charging, and pressure holding time). The upper and lower limits of vacuum degree are configured by Panasonic vacuum pressure switch control equipment with 1 text display screen, 1 PLC programmable controller, and 3 vacuum detection digital display meters.
The 3 chambers work independently with independent heating and 3 sets of temperature control systems. They can work separately or simultaneously. The vacuum sealing is excellent. Each chamber can be vacuumized and filled independently without interfering with each other and is equipped with valve control for automatic or manual air replenishment.

Stainless steel inner container, each working room works independently, heating, vacuuming and inflation work in an automatic circulation type, each working period is set by the touch screen. The oven adopts PLC control system, touch screen operation, heating tube heating and heat dissipation.
The heating time is short and the pressure maintaining effect is good.
