EN-741 type acid leakage (break) alarm device is used for acid leakage alarm in the cooler of sulfuric acid plant. At the same time, it can also be used to alarm for the acid cutoff of the upper tower acid in the closed pickling and purification process. This instrument uses the conductivity working principle. The circuit uses complementary composite tubes as phase-sensitive amplifiers. When the instrument is used for acid leakage detection, the electrode is placed in cooling water. If there is no acid leakage, the electrode resistance is large, the potential difference between the two ends of the bridge is opposite to the power supply voltage, and the complementary tube is cut off due to reverse bias. When acid leaks, the electrode resistance drops, the potential difference between the two ends of the bridge is in phase with the power supply voltage, the composite tube is forward biased and saturated, and the instrument sends out an alarm signal. When the instrument is used for acid-breaking detection, the electrode is placed in the acid supply tube of the purified acid. When the acid supply is normal, the electrode resistance is small, the potential difference at both ends of the bridge is in reverse phase with the power supply voltage, and the composite tube is reverse biased. cut off; when the acid is cut off, the electrode resistance increases, the potential difference between the two ends of the bridge is in phase with the power supply voltage, the composite tube is forward biased and saturated, and the instrument sends out an alarm signal.
