.The test device consists of a radiant heat source, a sample holder, a dedicated copper calorimeter conforming to ISO 6942, and a data acquisition & computer software system.
.The radiant heat source adopts PID temperature control with a temperature control accuracy of ±1℃.
.The water-cooled plate of the sample holder adopts tap water circulation (water cooling device or tap water is optional).
.The heat source is equipped with a pneumatic automatic axial displacement control system, which protects operators from high-temperature hazards.
.Operators only need to load the sample without manually moving it to the designated position.
.An integrated computer stand is installed on the right side of the instrument, eliminating the need for an additional computer desk and facilitating user operation.
.Two dedicated copper calorimeters shall be provided: one for testing and one for calibration. The calibration calorimeter can be accompanied by a metrological verification certificate issued by an authorized institute.
.The copper disc calorimeter is made of imported oxygen-free superconducting copper, ensuring stable specific heat capacity of the copper sheet.
.Equipped with an air-cooled heat dissipation device for the calorimeter, enabling rapid cooling of the calorimeter to proceed to the next test quickly.
.Equipped with a professional data acquisition card with a sampling frequency of up to 20Hz.
