The RD-60 thermocouple welding machine is designed for sensor manufacturers to produce industrial-grade thermocouple junctions and is also suitable for users with a large number of open-junction thermocouples. The operator requires no special technical skills and can operate the machine with minimal training.
At the same time, this welding machine can be used for welding and connecting metal wires and metal surfaces. With a newly optimized design architecture, multiple improvements have been made in low-power measurement, enabling continuous charging and higher efficiency.
It can be connected to argon gas for precise welding, offering rechargeable operation and fast efficiency. The machine is capable of precision welding on fine diameters with a welding range of 0.1–1 mm.
The thermocouple welding unit can instantly generate a strong current through the circuit, causing the anode and cathode to form a spherical junction under high current. By selecting different energy levels, the size of the spherical junction can be controlled.
The current is supplied by a power source (battery), and the welding unit converts low-voltage electricity into high energy. The conversion process is controlled by a microprocessor, which can also provide an argon gas protection interface to meet different requirements.
