For conventional fire-fighting water supply in high-rise buildings, air pressure tanks are used instead of high-level water tanks to meet the initial water use for 10 minutes of fire protection, but ordinary air pressure tanks are often used to occupy a large space. Therefore, our company's professionals have developed DBP fire-fighting gas top pressure water supply equipment, which consists of a pressure water tank, a control cabinet, a top pressure gas storage system, a decompression release device, a water pump voltage stabilizer unit, and an electronic control instrument system. The size is 1/3~1/5 of the ordinary air pressure tank. This product uses the air pressure water tank instead of the diaphragm air pressure tank, making full use of the effective volume of the air pressure water tank, and the equipment volume is further reduced. The principle is to extract the air in the tank and store it in the high-pressure steel cylinder group;
Normal state: The pressure of the fire pipe network relies on the stabilized water pump and the stabilized air compressor to maintain the pressure balance;
Fire protection status: The pipeline pressure signal is fed back to the control cabinet, the top pressure valve is opened, and the high-pressure gas in the tank is decompressed and continuously flows to the air pressure water tank through the pipeline, and the water in the tank is replaced, and the water in the initial 10 minutes of fire fighting is completed. The product will further improve the water supply capacity of the fire protection system where the high water tank cannot be set. Reduce the floor space and make full use of the effective volume of the water storage tank. Safety has also been improved. The decompression device has been improved by two-stage decompression to reduce possible operational accidents and improve safety performance.
