IoT(Internet of Things), IIoT(Industrial Internet of Things), Industry 4.0  measurement training program in HCMC was coorganized by EMIN Vietnam and Tektronix on 11,12,13th August, 2018.

The term ” Internet of things”( IOT) has recently attracted much attention of technology world. With coming exploration The Internet of Things (IoT) promises to change the world by connecting devices in larger, more inter-operable systems controlled by software and analytics. The proliferation of device, software, and analytics have driven significant changes in most industries.

The Internet of Things (IoT) is the network of physical devices, vehicles, home appliances, and other items embedded with electronics, software, sensors, actuators, and connectivity which enables these things to connect and exchange data

The opportunities to reinvent existing objects into connected devices that include sensors and transmitters are abundant. Along with these new found opportunities come many technical challenges too.

At this training program, we bring Tektronix about IoT, IIoT measurement solutions. In particular, you will be trained using the measuring equipment, directly on the devices with "hands-on" guidance by experts from Tektronix

From that, you can got a better overview of IoT, IIoT measurement in IoT and surely 100% more proficient in using measuring instruments.

The program was in 3 days attracted participants. However, for the best training effectiveness, the number of participants is limited (less than 18ng / day)

That is not only the chance to study, improve knowledge, skills. The workshop is also a place to exchange work experience, meeting with foreign experts, engineers, technicians, researchers, managers from the fields of electricity, electronics, IT, telecommunications.etc.

In this Workshop, participants could do actual practice, with detail guidance and dedicated supports.

Thanks to your enthusiastic participations. Workshop in Hanoi have been successful.
On behalf of the organizing committee of "Tektronix IoT Workshop 2018", thank you for your interest and affection. Hope you continue to accompany us and attend the next EMIN events.

Sincerely thank you and see you at the next events!

An MRI system may be correctly installed and fully connected to the power supply, yet still encounter issues if the surrounding environment fails to meet technical specifications. Electromagnetic interference, RF shielding, power quality, grounding, temperature, humidity, and particulate levels are all factors that may require assessment, depending on the facility's design and the manufacturer's requirements.

Sinusoidal and Random Vibration: A Test Setup Guide for Industrial Engineers
07/21/2026 10:30:38

During the operation of industrial machinery or the transportation of goods, persistent mechanical vibrations inevitably occur; these are a primary cause of material fatigue, loosened connections, and cracking in printed circuit boards (PCBs). To ensure product integrity before delivery to customers, R&D and QA/QC engineers must simulate these dynamic forces using vibration test systems.

Capacities of laboratory centrifuge tubes

Tubes with capacities of 0.2 ml, 1.5 ml, 15 ml, or 50 ml are commonly found in laboratories, yet each type is associated with specific sample categories and equipment configurations. DNA and RNA samples typically require small-volume microtubes; blood and cell samples often utilize 5 ml or 15 ml tubes; while large-volume processing workflows may require tubes of 50 ml, 100 ml, or greater capacity

How Much Does Atmospheric Pressure Need to Drop Before It Rains ?
07/20/2026 10:11:04

A barometric pressure meter (barometer) often detects changes in weather conditions before rainfall begins. As atmospheric pressure falls, the structure of the surrounding air mass is also changing. However, there is no fixed pressure threshold that guarantees rain will occur.

Why do brushless centrifuges generate less heat?
07/18/2026 09:54:09

High-speed centrifugation over extended periods generates heat. For biological samples such as blood, plasma, proteins, or nucleic acids, an unexpected rise in temperature can affect processing results. Consequently, the motor becomes a key factor to consider, alongside rotational speed and rotor capacity
