Fluke iSee™ TC01C Thermal Camera for Smartphones

10/06/2025 08:33:14

Fluke iSee™ TC01C is a new model in the thermal camera line for smartphones, launched in September. Developed by Fluke with the ability to measure temperature accurately in an ultra-compact design. The device uses a Type C port that is directly compatible with iPhone and iPad, providing a fast, flexible and convenient measurement experience for professional users.

Fluke iSee™ TC01C Technology Highlights

The Fluke iSee™ TC01C is equipped with an infrared sensor with a resolution of 256 x 192 pixels, allowing for detailed and sharp image reproduction in a variety of environmental conditions. The temperature measurement range of up to 550 °C allows the device to operate effectively in many applications, such as checking electrical cabinets, monitoring mechanical equipment, and maintaining HVAC systems.

With a thermal sensitivity of 50 mK, the TC01C can detect very small temperature differences, supporting early detection of abnormalities during operation. Weighing only 22 g, the body is made of aluminum alloy with a laser-etched surface treatment, providing high durability and resistance to industrial environments.

Frame rate and display capabilities

The 25 Hz frame rate provides smooth image display, reducing lag when observing moving objects or in situations that require continuous monitoring. Engineers can visually observe high and low temperature zones on the same frame and change the display mode for faster analysis. The high-quality sensor provides images equivalent to specialized thermal cameras, helping users to accurately locate problems or inspect materials. TC01C provides clear recording and imaging capabilities, meeting the needs of on-site analysis or storage for reporting.

Data analysis capabilities

The Fluke iSee™ TC01C supports simultaneous analysis of five points, five lines, and five measurement zones, allowing engineers to evaluate the temperature changes in each area in detail. The accompanying Fluke iSee app allows data to be displayed and processed directly on the phone, including marking measurement points, adjusting emissivity, and saving results for reporting.

Automatic capture and video recording when temperature thresholds are exceeded helps to control the condition of the device without the need for continuous monitoring. Real-time temperature alarm mode supports rapid detection and response to system abnormalities.

Practical application

The Fluke iSee™ TC01C is designed for a variety of engineering applications. In the electrical industry, the camera identifies hot contacts in electrical panels, circuit breakers, or cable connectors. In mechanical and HVAC applications, the TC01C is used to check motors, pumps, bearings, or heat exchangers for overheating. In the building industry, it is used to evaluate insulation performance and detect energy loss in buildings. Its small size and ability to connect directly to a phone makes it convenient to operate in tight spaces or hard-to-reach locations without dismantling the system.

Data sharing and management features

The device allows for quick data sharing and management through the Fluke iSee app. Images and videos are transmitted immediately after recording, helping technical teams exchange information and handle situations immediately. The app supports adding annotations directly to images, automatically creating infrared inspection reports and storing all data for easy management. The reporting process is streamlined, ensuring accuracy and consistency between workgroups, contributing to improved operational and maintenance efficiency.

Conclude:

The Fluke iSee™ TC01C is the right choice for engineers, maintenance specialists and researchers who need a portable, accurate and convenient temperature measuring device. With comprehensive analysis capabilities, high processing speed and instant data sharing features, the TC01C provides an effective measurement solution for many industries. The product is currently distributed by EMIN in Vietnam with a price of ~ 520 USD. If you have any problems that need support, please contact us immediately to receive the earliest response!

Vacuum pumps are utilized in a wide range of microbiology laboratory procedures, from membrane filtration and the aspiration of supernatants following centrifugation to sample concentration and the support of negative-pressure systems. Selecting the appropriate pump not only ensures more stable operational processes but also minimizes the risk of sample contamination, reduces maintenance costs, and extends the equipment's lifespan

QCVN 25:2025/BKHCN Takes Effect: Do Businesses Need to Prepare Electrical Safety Testing Equipment?
07/15/2026 09:15:04

Electrical safety is consistently one of the primary criteria evaluated before electrical or electronic equipment—or industrial components—are released to the market. A product may operate reliably yet still fail to meet requirements if its insulation lacks sufficient durability, its grounding resistance exceeds permissible limits, or leakage current occurs during operation.

What Is the Standard 3-Phase Voltage? How to Read Cabinet-Mounted Meters Without Errors
07/13/2026 15:09:18

Voltmeters are almost invariably found on the panels of electrical cabinets in factories, power stations, or generator systems. A glance lasting just a few seconds allows an operator to determine whether the power supply is stable or showing signs of abnormality. However, not everyone understands the significance of the displayed readings, particularly regarding three-phase electrical systems.

Distinguishing between ARI’s Hypot, HypotUltra, and HypotMax: Which device is right for your factory?

Few people realize that the concept of the "Hipot Test"—or electrical safety testing—has long existed within the electrical equipment manufacturing industry. Driven by the growing need to verify the voltage withstand capabilities of conductors, motors, and electrical devices, the industry required a robust and virtually fail-safe method to detect insulation weaknesses before products reached the market.
