How it Works
Place the full reel to be counted on the right side and an empty reel on the left. Feed the component tape through the upright guides and counting wheel and attach it to the empty reel. Reset the counter digital display. If desired, enter a preset number of parts to be counted. Enter the appropriate pitch setting for the parts on the tape. Turn the hand crank on the left side to count.
If a quantity target has been entered, an alarm will sound when the preset number of parts has been reached. Count forward or in reverse, to move back to a specific count position or to recount and spool the tape back onto the original reel.
An optional printer can be ordered with the Mega counter to create labels for your reels with your company name, date, time and quantity counted.
Mega LCD display runs on either rechargeable batteries or DC adapter, both included with the machine.
