I/ GENERAL ACCOUNTING

Work Location: 201 Nguyen Ngoc Vu, Cau Giay, Hanoi

Form: Full-time

1. Job description:

- Perform all general accounting operations: accounting, checking documents, preparing financial reports, periodic tax reports.

- Manage and reconcile accounts receivable; control costs and cash flow.

- Participate in preparing accounting and financial documents for bidding documents (capacity documents, financial reports, guarantees, contracts, etc.).

- Coordinate with relevant departments to resolve financial, accounting, and tax law issues: complete bidding documents, handle difficult orders with the sales department.

- Manage and organize the storage of accounting and personnel records.

- Perform other tasks assigned by the Board of Directors.

2. Requirements:

- University degree in Accounting, Auditing, Finance.

- Minimum 03 years of experience in the position of General Accountant.

- Practical experience in preparing bidding documents for businesses.

- Understanding of legal regulations on accounting, tax and regulations related to bidding.

- Good reading comprehension in English (contracts, bidding documents).

- Proficiency in accounting software, Excel.

- Honest, careful, agile.

II/ WAREHOUSE SUPPORT STAFF

Work Location: 203 Nguyen Ngoc Vu, Cau Giay, Hanoi

Form: Full-time

1. Job description:

- Arrange, load, unload, count and preserve goods in the warehouse.

- Support import - export of goods as required.

- Keep the warehouse neat and clean.

- Perform other tasks as assigned by the warehouse manager.

2. Requirements:

- Male, good health.

- No experience required, job training will be provided.

- Hardworking, agile, honest, responsible.

3. Benefits

- Income: 6 - 8 million VND/month.
