CAYKEN magnetic drilling machines utilize a magnetic base to secure firmly onto steel surfaces, facilitating hole drilling in mechanical workshops and metal structure construction sites. The Cayken SCY-50WO features a maximum drilling diameter of 50 mm, a power output of 1,650 W, and a magnetic holding force of 16,500 N, making it ideal for processing steel plates, gusset plates, and steel beams. Its portable design allows convenient operation in tight or overhead locations where moving the workpiece to a stationary drilling machine is impractical.
Large-Diameter Magnetic Drilling Machines
For heavy-duty applications requiring large hole diameters in steel structures, the Cayken SCY-98HD offers a maximum drilling diameter of 98 mm, a power output of 2,180 W, and a no-load speed of 100–385 RPM. This equipment is well-suited for steel fabrication shops, shipbuilding, and industrial machinery maintenance. Magnetic Drilling Machines with Tapping Capability

The Cayken KCY-36/2WDO supports annular cutting up to 36 mm and thread tapping up to M18, making it suitable for machine shops and metal assembly work.
